Goals for today:
1. stay within calories
2. 10,000 steps
3. Rest day!!

Good morning everyone! I hit my goals yesterday and as of this morning lost my weekend "gain" from all my eating out and indulgences. So right back on target again.
Todays goals:
Day 8 butt challenge - completed
Day 19 burpees - completed
Cardio - 25 min speed interval (3.5/7.5 mph) completed
Strength training
Stay within calorie range0 -
Good Morning ALL! As some people know, I weigh myself daily and “record” my weight once a week. Today I am breaking that self-imposed rule because I weighed myself and found I hit GOAL!
I celebrated by burning 445 calories doing 80 minutes of cardio exercises and then making a “Fun” breakfast! (Ok – maybe over the top in corniness).
Soon – I will be going on a WARM getaway reward that I booked last summer (while still hovering around 300) tied to my weight-loss target. It appears I hit the mark all the way (weigh) around. LOL

Nikon Pal: Congratulations! That is a huge accomplishment and I know you are smiling today! Besides, who wouldn't smile looking at that breakfast!
Yesterday, I hit all my goals! I even got in 15,600 steps which I had never done before! I also stayed within my calorie goals before exercise, which I am very pleased with.
Today, I have an evening class after work...so more sitting. I get home late too which means I will be lucky to get 5,000 steps in. My goals for the day are to stay below my calorie range, drink 64 oz water, and pack my lunch for tomorrow before I go to bed.
Happy Wednesday everyone!

That's amazing!! Congratulations!!
Out of curiosity, how did you pick your target weight? 212 just seems like an odd number, you usually see multiples of 5. I'm not criticizing, just curious.0 -
Congrat's NikonPal! Quite the inspiration for all of us here!
I was thinking last night, when carrying my 50lb 6-year-old daughter from the couch to her bed, that I used to carry that extra weight all day long, every single day....
Similarly, in your case, it's as if you where carrying a 6'2 man 24/7... you must feel so much better now!
No particular fitness goals for today besides eating healthy, within calories, and recharging the glycogen burned in yesterday's run
