We're 30% done! Please remember to update your weight in the spreadsheet for milestone 3 if you haven't updated it since milestone 2.

I hit my goals yesterday! Another snowy day for us in New England today.

Goals for today:

I was waaayyy over yesterday, but had a wonderful day with family. I did do my workout and errands so it wasn't a complete runaway lol.
Today its back on the straight and narrow. Goals:
    1. water water water
    2. Day 6 Butt challenge - completed
    3. Day 16 - 16 burpees - completed
    4. 30 mins cardio speed intervals 3.5/7.5 mph - completed
    5. Stay within calorie deficit
    6. strength training

No snow expected here but pretty chilly -19 when I came to work but supposed to be above zero by the weekend.

I updated mine, but there's been very little change, sadly.

    Goals today are simple:

    1) Get in my weights workout (some extra cardio would be nice, but not required)
    2) I am trying a higher calorie limit, but need to stick to the limit consistently (not go over) to be able to tell if it's working or not, so do that
    3) plan dinners and lunches for the rest of the week

    Good morning everyone!!!
Weight updated and lower than previous milestone, hurray!!!
Yesterday was a good day but the ending could have been better calorie wise
For today, I plan on regaining some discipline over my meals, water and sleep. I find that indulgence is a slippery slope and once you're on it, it's harder to get back up to the top.
Over the last month or so, I have shifted my orientation regarding this process and instead of looking at the scale, I became quite obsessed with my body and inches and bodyfat percentage. These kind of changes take much longer to happen and require much more patience than I anticipated. So here's to taking it easy and letting nature do its thing.

Congratulations to all of us who are still here and working towards better futures!!!!
    Have a fabulous Monday!!!!

Not at 30%, I am happy with 28%. Today I hope to get my steps and drink my water. Staying under calories will not be a problem, as I work and am not home all day with my husband. There are days that we are both home and we go out to eat. I plan for those days that I will go over. Just try not to go over a lot. Luckily, for me it is not often and I stay under all the other days, so I guess it balances out. With the weather cold, my water drinking has dropped. And so has my steps. Come on spring.

I kinda spaced out there for a while in January and stopped logging but I'm not so far behind, 25%! That's almost 30 :) Gotta pick up the pace a little bit though!

I love the spreadsheet, can't believe I've lost another 8 lbs since this group started! It amazes me to creep closer and closer to goal weight.

I had at least 100 lbs to lose, that's losing 10 lbs 10 times. In 2 more lbs I'll be 60 down (thanks in part to this group's predecessor, have I mentioned how much I love the spreadsheet?) That's just 4 more times to go!

Then I'll be in "normal" BMI and can futz around with fitness goals and vanity pounds. I can't wait!!! Hopefully I'll be getting to do that sometime this summer/fall when it's so nice to be outside.
