Ok so I'm happy with my day.

Today I:

- Started this goupe
- Did 25 mins of high impact aerobic
- Took 20 mins walk

    Wow! It is cold here today!
    So, I will be getting my hour of exercise in the basement. :-)
    I had a point two gain today, but that is no big deal since I realize that weighing myself every day means I will see every small up and down. And I have to weigh every day in order to keep myself accountable.
    Today I will;
    Journal every bit of food
    Workout for one hour
    Stop eating by 5 o'clock

    You're right daily weighing imply lost of fluctuations. As long as you're aware of it that's fine.

    I see your "stop eating by 5 o'clock".
    Lately, I have trouble not eating at night. I dont really matter when I take my calories but I would go over usully after 6 pm. Yesterday, I fought hard not to eat and guess what ? I did it !!

    This morning I was feeling amazing about it.

    Great plan for the day! Lets get that done ! ;)
