Happy Valentine's Day everyone!!!!
I hope we all have set aside time today to be grateful for all the love in our lives:)
I am grateful for all the love in our group, for knowing that we are all here to support each other. I am grateful that Balancedwalker started these groups for us because they help me tremendously. Being here daily, has elevated the mundane business of loosing weight to the next level: epic quest!!!
My legs don't feel like lead when I move them so today I planned an active rest day with pull-ups training and some rows for my back.
We will be cooking and baking and having fun and making crafts and cards all day:)

Happy Valentine's Day!! Started the day off making heart shaped pancakes and fresh berries for breakfast. Hubby bought me tanning time so I can prepare for our trip to Mexico next month, yay. Now got some shovelling to do, run the Saturday errands and tonight we are going to dinner and bowling with friends. Great day ahead.

No calorie goals for me today! I'm going to eat some tasty treats! Single or attached, may your Valentines Day be extra yummy!0

Technically at maintenance, but playing it conservatively and increased my daily target so it still is set at a small weekly loss. Had VD lunch at Ruby Tuesday’s “Fit & Trim Petite Sirloin – 379 calories). At home I had a WW Chocolate Bliss (90-calories) and Starbucks coffee…I had kept breakfast to 129 calories – knowing today will be different...more "sweets" to go!
