Happy Valentine's day everyone !!
Today I'm going to a party with wine, cheese and desserts, I'm gonna try not to eat to much.
Still I plan to do my workout before I go.

Hi all,
Happy Valentines Day!
I worked out this morning, but this is my night for eating after 5:00 and I am enjoying that this evening. My calorie goals will be ok today, but next week is college tours/traveling and I will not be able to stop eating at 5:00.

Went hiking today or squirrel hunting really, my hubby bought me a 12 gauge for valentines lol. Burned a good bit, now we're gonna eat steaks.0

As for me I did:
-25 mins high intensity aerobic
That was all, I ate and drank beers at my party but I guess I didn't went THAT MUCH over calories so that's fine.
