Planning time for our next Weight Loss challenge is in planning stages. We have decided to do percentage weight loss. Let us do this and all suggestions are welcome. <3

    Since March 1 is on a sunday and May 31 is on a sunday I think it would be nice to have a weigh in every week on Sunday for the new challenge. Are we going to do the teams again?

    How do you figure the percent weight loss? Percent of total loss of percent of goal loss?

    I'm in! I weigh myself all the time. :) I know I probably shouldn't but it's like sticker shock to me when I know I made some bad choices... the damage I see on the scale keeps me honest. :D

    Oh, I did not know that I was a leader. I did mention somewhere that I could help out...so I guess it is game on! I reached out to Bri and we will get a few things set up very soon.
