Hi everyone. I feel bad! I started this challenge after reading about Tabata but have not done it myself. I promise I will do it in the morning and fill you in on how it went.0

I have incorporated this into my Cardio routine.0

Finally tried Tabata. Got through about 4 sets of each and freestyled the remaining time. Not sure if this warmed up my muscles but afterwards I cut 2 minutes off of my 5k walk/ job and went strong on an extra mile.0
