Does anyone have any nice slow cooker recipes preferably for chicken? I go to the gym straight from work on a Monday evening and hate having to come in and cook something, would much prefer to come in and eat!!

I have a 6-qt. slow cooker, so I put lots of veg in the bottom. It freezes well with added chicken broth or stock. (I freeze rotisserie chicken carcasses & skin, then make my own bone broth in the Crock-Pot.)0 -

I got my slow cooker for free and its HUGE! There's only two of us in the house so never know what to do in it...Guess I could mass make a stew?0
