Happy President's Day (to our American participants)!
I've had a good weekend so far. Didn't count calories for Valentine's Day, but my weight didn't spike, so I think I still stayed under maintenance. I also ran 4.5 miles yesterday!
Goals for today:
1. stay within calories (my sister's bday party tonight will make this tough)
2. 10,000 steps
3. yoga & strength

Today is a day off work in honor of President's Day! I had a good weekend and managed to stay under my calories both Sat and Sun. Hoping to do the same today.
Have a lot of cleaning/laundry to catch up on. My main goal for the day is to drink 64 oz of water. I've been low on my water intake the last couple of days, so I am really going to push the fluids today.

It's Family Day here in Alberta, so day off for me as well. Time to get back on track, get a workout in, plan for the week ahead and enjoy my day off.0

Hope everyone is feeling great and exited to start a new week!
... I just spend 15 minutes writing the longest post ever to encourage everyone to take rest seriously.. I deleted it because it was just too tedious and complex for our daily forums....
How about we make this week all about a balancing act. Lets try our best to get the 3 things right:
1. Adequate nutrition and water
2. Appropriate exercise for our conditioning
3. Rest and sleep( aim for over 7 hours, 5 nights a week)
Gym day for me today and level 3 on my pull-ups training. Very exciting stuff here

danelurza19 thank you so much for all of your positive thoughts and motivation. I have had a not so good week, the scale hasn't move but on a positive note it hasn't gone up either. Changed jobs last week so not moving as much as i used to. In training sitting at a desk for maybe one more week then should be moving around again.
Goals for this week
10,000 steps and increase water intake.0
