Protein Powders

I started my pre-op diet today (5 days of clear liquids + protein shakes) and I'm wondering what protein powders people used for theirs. I found a good deal on the Body Fortress Super Advance powder so picked it up, but I just noticed it's double the calories of something like EAS when logging in MFP. Is this OK? I've had 68 carb grams and 36 sugar grams today, but I have no idea of this is normal and I'm wondering if I should go get something else. Did anyone else use this brand? I don't want to screw this up.

Any advice is welcome.

Surgeon here provided us w/ guidelines and expectations on how many cals, protein and sugar (liquid or powder) should have (no more than) whether we chose to purchase these at the clinic or elsewhere.
Ive noticed that some things people are posting as drinking may have more cals or sugars than what I was allowed.
This is why its important to check w/ yours, that way you can get a better informed opinion since everyones plans are so different!
I did not buy any products from the clinic, I just thought it would be less expensive to find the appropriate powders from the grocery store.
Paper in hand, I was able to find some that worked under the guidelines!

The only guideline I had was maximum of 10 calories per gram of protein and nothing with more than 30 grams per serving. So 20 gr protein can't be more than 200 calories. I drink nutrisource protein shakes (comes in Carmel and strawberry). It's designed for bariatric surgery and has very little other stuff besides protein. Also: it's very tasty! It's a little pricy but since I had such a hard time finding something I could keep down it works
