    I am 32, 5'4", 224 lb want to be about 160. Huge weight gain during pregnancy, son is now 7 months and still have not lost. Like to jog/run...training for 1/2 marathon.

    A half marathon is so impressive! I can't get myself to run, I hate it, but I love boxing and other boot camp like stuff.
