  Happy Friday, Everyone! I bet you all can’t wait for the weekend to start! Well, just because it is the weekend that doesn’t mean we should drop our diets for take out and unhealthy snacks!
  
  Today’s Challenge: Add a serving of whole grains today!
  
Whole Grains are very good for you because they can help prevent diseases such as heart disease, stroke, cancer, and diabetes! You can find whole grains in cereal, rice, crackers, and bread!

I'm posting this weekend's challenges because I won't be home this weekend and thus I don't know if I will have internet access. I'm going to Chicago to an art museum with my Aunt!

    I had a whole wheat bagel today. .. something new for me. But it was good :)

    I've just had a better choice breakfast because of the challenge! Instead of white toast and fried mushrooms I had oats, muesli, fruit and plain yoghurt. Yum!
