Hey everyone. I have recently got an up24 but it doesn't seem to be syncing with MFP Has anybody else had issues-thank you

    Go to the jawbone.com site and set up your profile (or sign in). It will walk you through it. There are also lots of videos on Youtube that might help you. Have you downloaded the MFP app to your phone, iPad, etc?

    Oh, this is just weird. Last night, MY Jawbone wouldn't sync. I've had it for about 3 months with no problems. So, I made sure the bluetooth was still enabled on my phone (it was) and decided to force a restart on the UP app. And that did it! It is now syncing again. If that hadn't worked, I think a forced restart of my phone would have done the trick. Sometimes electronic things just need a kick in the pants!

    I am having the same problem, it weird. I went unto the jawbone website and recently people our having the same issues. Mine has not been syncing then it says it battery is low and sometimes when I try to charge it there is no lights. I really like having jawbone with my My fitness Pal , hope it all works out.

    Mine stopped syncing again today. Maybe it's the website (?). I just recharged it because I wasn't getting any response when I pressed the bracelet button. When I plugged it in, the sun lit up and it would only take about a five minute charge. This bracelet is pretty knew so I'm upset.

    I've been on the Jawbone support site and did another soft reset and charge on my band. Right now it's syncing and the charge says 7 days but I'm not trusting it yet. When Jawbone did the latest firmware update it was supposed to give the UP24 the ability to keep a charge for about 15 days. I updated thinking this was great and have had problems ever since.

    Did you contact Jawbone customer service? If your UP is broken, they'll replace it.

    Hi editorgrrl, I'm sending them an email now. I had to do a soft reset again tonight and a hard reset didn't work at all. I really think the firmware update caused this. I had no problems until then and was really happy with it.
