Stalled out with a 5 month old

Hi!
I'm a first time mom with a 5 month old baby. I weighed 120 (my lowest weight ever as an adult) pre-pregnancy, which was a little too low for me (I'm tall). My ideal weight is 130.
I didn't weigh myself at the end of pregnancy, but I think I ended up at 165. I'm currently 143, so I have 13 lbs to lose.
I haven't lost weight since the initial post partum drop, and need some support! Thanks everyone!

It is hard, I understand. My son will be 6 months tomorrow and the past month I haven't been able to really work out or anything because I just don't have the energy. With teething and growth spurts I was getting maybe 4-5 hours of broken up sleep if I was lucky. Sometimes I was up every hour.
I am trying really hard to set time for myself to work out. I have to get eating under control as well, mainly just making better food choices instead of just grabbing whatever is easiest at the time to make.0 -
Hi. I'm calorie counting and doing ok so far but exercise0

I have a 4mo old and just started keeping track calorie wise 30Days ago. It's tough because I want to exercise too but no time and a fussy baby. With my career path I'm used to the no sleep lol. Trying to walk as much as I can but its hard to do in the Canadian winter weather. Just trying to get some Mall-walks in helps.
Anyway good luck all - add me if you want0
