Feb 15: I think so, No, No.
Wasn't planning on logging yesterday but then changed my mind so I have had to guess slightly. Back to it properly today thoughBack at work where its always slightly easier to keep under, plus zumba tonight !

Finally starting to get some longer days here -- I saw a bit of pre-sunrise light when I woke up at 7:30. Can't wait for spring!!0 -

I am equally mega excited for winter to be going away although I was not up at 7.30 haha! Just booked a April holiday in the sun which should be a nice motivator too0 -

No (I didn't avoid logging anything, but I quick added dinner, since it was out)
No (decided I could go over on Mardi Gras since I'm largely fasting today and we had pizza which I ate plenty of)

Holidays are definitely good motivators! We are going on a trip in April with some friends, so I am really trying to step up my consistency in the next 2 months so that I can get down to my goal weight before we go. Not to mention, I will surely gain a few pounds on the trip, so I don't want to have any extra to lose! ;-)

Lemurcat - how did your partial fast go? We aren't Catholic (Baptist, actually), so we don't keep certain fast days like Ash Wednesday. But I like to do religious fasts sometimes; although they can be really difficult for me since I love to eat, I almost always find them to be spiritually and physically refreshing.0 -
