For those of you who want to participate in the accountability questions, challenge yourself to answer the following 3 questions at the end of every day --

Did you track absolutely everything you ate and drank today?
Did you stay under your calorie limit?
Were you active for at least 20 minutes?

    Feb 15: I think so, No, No.

    Wasn't planning on logging yesterday but then changed my mind so I have had to guess slightly. Back to it properly today though :) Back at work where its always slightly easier to keep under, plus zumba tonight !

    2/16: no (I had a Frango and a few peanut M&Ms I conveniently forgot), yes (eh, maybe?), yes.

    Did you stay under your calorie limit? Yes, but I did have A&W for dinner which was not good salt wise.

    Finally starting to get some longer days here -- I saw a bit of pre-sunrise light when I woke up at 7:30. Can't wait for spring!!

    I am equally mega excited for winter to be going away although I was not up at 7.30 haha! Just booked a April holiday in the sun which should be a nice motivator too :smiley:

    No (I didn't avoid logging anything, but I quick added dinner, since it was out)
    No (decided I could go over on Mardi Gras since I'm largely fasting today and we had pizza which I ate plenty of)

    Holidays are definitely good motivators! We are going on a trip in April with some friends, so I am really trying to step up my consistency in the next 2 months so that I can get down to my goal weight before we go. Not to mention, I will surely gain a few pounds on the trip, so I don't want to have any extra to lose! ;-)

    was so stressed at work that I wanted to skip my usual lunch yoga session, so happy that my coworker forced me to do it, felt so much better after :)

    2/18: No (I didn't bother tracking, since I was doing a semi-fast for Ash Wednesday), yes (of course), and yes.

    Great job, krp and EmmieBaby!

    Lemurcat - how did your partial fast go? We aren't Catholic (Baptist, actually), so we don't keep certain fast days like Ash Wednesday. But I like to do religious fasts sometimes; although they can be really difficult for me since I love to eat, I almost always find them to be spiritually and physically refreshing. :)

    I have the day off today and I am going to lunch with a friend so not sure how much I'll be able to log.

    Good job garyandkimber for not having a midnight snack! Thinking big picture is much harder than what you want right now.
    Feb 20: yes, yes, and no(planned rest day although fitbit said I was active for 24 minutes)
