In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your short term goals.

Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!

Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!

Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!

You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!

1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!

    2. Sleep - in bed by 10:30pm 0/7
    3. Organization - sort through some items for give away. 0/7
    4. Veggies - 0/7

    Trying to keep it simple so I'm not overwhelmed or beating myself up and then build from there. ;) Still working on this part!

    Hearts- Thanks so much for your dedication and faith in this group and for getting us started and on track. love the group smiley hug. smart to keep it simple this week and good start. keep it going and be kind to yourself.

    Lananita- so glad that you are having a good time in Disney. thanks for checking in. excellent start last week. great goals for the week.

    Molly- nice finish to your week last week. keep working on that sleep goal. have a good week this week.

    Mak- good job last week checking in and logging your food. I know you can get started with the exercise this week. keep it simple. you can do this.

    dysmart- great job with logging last week. I know you can continue to do that. You got in a little of exercise and I know you can improve it this week.

    to the rest of the minigoalers. This is the last week of February but Spring will be here soon. we all want to ramp up our healthy habits. so let's just do it. come visit here is you need support or can offer support. let's have a great week. remember, it does not have to be perfect, just make the best decisions you can.

    Happy Monday! My monday started with flooded floors and non-working drains! $200 later and we're hopefully good! LOL

    My goals for the week- (Mon-Sun)

    1. Log in every day 1/7
    2. Check in here 5 x 1/7
    3. Intentional exercise 3x
    4. Vitamins (cause I really failed this last week!) 1/7

    Happy Monday! Well back to life as usual after a crazy long weekend. Last week was weird ... Hoping this week is nice and quiet.

    2. Log every thing as I go
    3. Get in 3 workouts
    4. Bed time 10:30 in bed every night.

    Not such a good Monday.

    1. Check in 4 times. 1/4 here I am. My only goal for today completed.
    2. Exercise 3 times. 0/3 nope.
    3. Drink 64 oz h2o. 0/7. Only managed about 30.

    Will try again tomorrow. Not a goal but I did log all my food.

    Happy Wednesday. just about half way through the week. Are you halfway to your goals? no matter what you can still have a great week. keep it going. no need for perfection, just keep making healthy choices for yourself.

    Setting up March goal of starting C25K in Mar2015 I had used this sit to loose weight stopped checking in and staying accountable with my friends gained it all back plus some. SO Dr. Is kicking my *kitten* about health risks and turning 40 so I am back.
