All in all, I don't feel too bad since I only went a little over, and it was a conscious decision that I really wanted those chips and cheese dip while watching a movie with DH.Back on track again today!

No (Fitbit says I did but it was just usual daytime activities not separate exercise so I don't really count it. Hopefully tomorrow I will feel good enough to exercise.)

My regular exercise class was cancelled yesterday (boo!) so I took an extra recovery day and played some guitar hero instead! Today is a planned rest day too, so just gotta work on calories and water intake as goalsMaybe go for a walk at lunch if the weather stays good.
