For those of you who want to participate in the accountability questions, challenge yourself to answer the following 3 questions at the end of every day --

Did you track absolutely everything you ate and drank today?
Did you stay under your calorie limit?

    Yes, no, no (planned rest day).

    All in all, I don't feel too bad since I only went a little over, and it was a conscious decision that I really wanted those chips and cheese dip while watching a movie with DH. :) Back on track again today!

    Oooh I'm getting worse at this!

    Feb 23rd: Yes, Yes, Yes,
    Feb 24th: Yes, No, No - went out for a curry in the evening with friends so some guesswork on dinner. If I was correct however it wasn't tooooo over so I'm happy.

    No (it was my sister's birthday today and we had "comfort food" that our great grandma used to make. Nothing low calorie about it and I didn't even try to be good.)
    No (Fitbit says I did but it was just usual daytime activities not separate exercise so I don't really count it. Hopefully tomorrow I will feel good enough to exercise.)

    You guys are amazing! I, on the other hand, have been a bit of a slacker this week. But, here goes:

    Feb. 24

    Feb. 25
    No, ?, and no.

    Feb. 26

    The good news is that I weighed this morning, and I have lost some, so I can't have gone too far off-track. I wasn't stuffing myself, I just got lazy about counting calories and have NOT felt like going to the gym...

    My regular exercise class was cancelled yesterday (boo!) so I took an extra recovery day and played some guitar hero instead! Today is a planned rest day too, so just gotta work on calories and water intake as goals :) Maybe go for a walk at lunch if the weather stays good.

    Feb 28th: Yes-ish, No, Yes. Was invited out to lunch after zumba so had to guess rather a lot. I was technically under including exercise cals but only just.
