Anyone want to chime in with what they think the 15.1 WOD will be?

Based on what they’ve done before, I expect an AMRAP with burpees.

I just hope it's not 12.1 (as many burpees as possible in 7')!

I really liked 14.1, 14.3 and 14.4. 14.5 was absolutely the worst, most awful thing I've ever done. I've never seen a place as dark as that and have yet to go back there since.

Thrusters, DUs, chest to bar pullups, toes to bar, snatches, might be involved.

And I agree that 14.5 was the single worst workout I've ever done. Even Murph and some of the hero WODs were easier.

I stink at thrusters so I got maybe 3 at a time. The first two rounds took me 20 minutes then i realized I wasn't going to die so I picked up my pace a bit.

The first one seems like it's usually something that everyone can do RX. Last year was DUs and snatches. Even doing the DUs one at a time I was able to do 3 or 4 rounds.

Definitely something with burpees and probably DU's (because they are a weakness for me!).

I had a Deputy ask if I needed to file a police report, my arms regularly look like I've been abused :#

I think with the new Rx and scaled versions, they will, early on, schedule a heavier weight or higher skilled workout than in previous years to route people into the scaled or Rx divisions right out of the gate. I see a couplet with a barbell. Half of this is about the show now and I think they will want to show their athletes off on opening night.

I've heard some speculation that the RX version will include tougher movements now that there's a scaled division, and that sounds right to me. So I'll throw out HSPUs!

For the record, one of the girls in our box works at Reebok and we asked her to see if we could get tickets to 15.1. Apparently they all went in-house. Oh well.

For those who don't know Reebok One (where 15.1 Froning vs. Fraser is going down) is ON the Reebok corporate campus. I haven't worked out there, but I've seen the place.

For all intents and purposes, it's a Crossfit box designed and built with a nearly limitless budget. It's truly amazing. Games competitors Austin Malleolo and Kelley Jackson are coaches.
