how much is too much?

How do you know when you're doing too much? I'm incredibly sore today. Like, hurts to bend over and tie my shoes sore. But I also feel like it's bad to skip a day of exercise. I think I over did it yesterday but maybe it's just my body adjusting to s new workout. How call I tell the difference? Should I still try to do my workout today?

    You got to give your body a break at least once a week. My wife got crazy like that a few years back and ended up getting hurt and setting herself back.

    Thanks. I think I was over doing it because I was excited to see the results haha
    I've dialed it back a but and am much happier now. Still sore but not painfully sore.
