Hi everybody, I want to introduce/reintroduce myself. I have not really being posting on the Vsg board since they changed things up on the site. I need to get back to basic and see the big picture again.

    lol. Thanks Thaeda, needed to get back in touch with my VSG peeps and get back to basics and what is important. Thanks for the warm welcome gf! :smile:

    Welcome back, I am new here, and I am enjoying the conversations with fellow VSGers. I am almost 8 years out and I needed to return to my beginnings and refresh why I made the life change.

    Welcome yourself Bonitadonita!! I am 4 years out and glad that I found MFP and all the fabulous folks on here. I returned to the basics myself and have had pretty decent success. Still a work in progress thou. :)
