Hi I'm Rachel, it was my first day Monday tracking my food, I've done slimming world before and got to goal, had my daughter and now trying to lose 3 stone.

    Hiya Rachel, I'm Pui from the West Midlands and new to the MFP groups.
    Wish you the best in achieving your goals. I have never tried slimming world but I tried the Dukan Diet last year and lost a few pounds in a couple of weeks. How did you find Slimming world?
    I am currently 11.8 stone and trying to lost 2 stone. I have a wedding to attend in March so want to be realistic in achieving it. Any tips?
