This week has been horrible. Been sick and it's that time of month and just not motivated. Have not done any of my goals. I will start again next week.0

Happy Thursday! Today has been very busy!
1. Check-in everyday - check!
2. Log every thing as I go - yesterday was a good logging day. Ok food choice day.
3. Get in 3 workouts - 2/3 I will get 3 this week!
4. Bed time 10:30 in bed every night. - 3/7

Loving it here in Hawaii but am actually looking forward to getting back to a routine. We leave here Wednesday (5 more days in paradise ) so will be back to making mini goals on Monday March 9th.0

Aww so sorry seems some of you have also had a tough week. Mine was more emotional thank anything else. I couldn't seem to get much done but the basics... ya know get out of bed, brush my teeth. Sorta not kidding.
This week can ONLY be 100% better for all of us right?
I'll get the new thread up and plan my week.... get to thinking what you want to accomplish this week because we're all gonna POUND IT THIS WEEK on our goals!0 -
