Just a reminder - don't forget your weigh-in today!!
I had a "whoosh" to make up for that nasty stall I had.. 4 lb down!

Great! I am not ill anymore and I am able to power walk and jogg again. That makes the difference! I guess I will no be able to reach my original goal but I made some progress. I am fine with that.0

Good for you ollerwe. I had the cold too which prevented me from exercising. No excuse though, I should manage the intake better and not depend so much on exercise to stay in my calorie range. A life long issue I am sorry to say,0
