At this point we have 12 people who want to participate in the challenge and one honorary member, Christine, who will come back when she can. We will divide into two teams (alphabetical) for a little friendly competition, and lots of heartfelt support.

Weigh-ins are weekly.

This week's task is to set your goals for the week and more generally for the whole challenge (weight loss in pounds, eliminate junk food, minutes of exercise, less eating out.... whatever you need to work on. After this week, look for some weekly challenges to keep mixing it up and keep the spark going!

    I like this idea. Nice and simple, support with a little competition. :) I was sick for almost all of the last challenge, so I'm looking forward to jumping in and hopefully making a lot of progress. Can't wait to see the weekly challenges!
