Good Morning everyone!!!
Must say welcome back to NikonPal after a wonderful vacation!
Yesterday was perfect! Not only did I hit 164g of protein but I trained hard and it felt amazing!!!
3,830 lb lifted on squats alone with 38 reps :)
Woke up this morning in a snow globe; nothing says springtime is approaching quite like a fresh blanket of snow :) anyway, rest day today, water, protein, playtime and fun for me!
Have a fabulous day everyone!!!

Great job on the squats Danelutza! Met my goals yesterday but it was tough I was ravenous all day but worked out last night to break even thankfully. Trying to concentrate on my protein to help keep me full longer. But to be honest I think its more mood and boredom (sitting at a desk for 9 hrs) than anything. Very clear and cold here today -17c and -25 with wind chill, but then it supposed to be mild after today..so yay to that.
    Todays goals:
    1) stay within calories
    2) fitness class tonight
    3) meet with trainer afterwards to get my lifting program

    Happy Tuesday all!

Great job danelutza! It's awesome when you have a great day!
Kenda, those tough days are the important ones. Easy days are nothing, tough days develop our willpower and stamina!

Still sick today, but was actually able to stay home from work. I hit my calorie goal yesterday and took it easy. Same goal today.

    Goals for today:
    1. stay within calories
    2. Drink plenty of water
    3. Rest

Good job Danezuletza and Kenda! Feel better SingRunTing. I was sick last week and I'm still not 100%. Looking to get my first real workout in today since last week. It has been too long!

    Goals today:
    1. Log everything.
    2. Stay under goal.
    3. Workout.
    4. Drink water.

Not gonna lie...I am struggling to make good food choices. Trying to figure out where I left my self control and motivation. If it wasn't for this challenge I can honestly say I would have thrown in the towel by now.

I promised myself this weight loss time around, I would not stress over the lack of perfection. So this is me not stressing. Instead, I am verbally and publicly owning my lack of perfection and I choose to accept myself. No, I haven't lost any weight in the last 2 weeks, but that is ok. I am going to keep going, and I will get back on track!!!

    With ALL that said...
I plan on walking tonight. I plan on eating a healthy dinner. I WILL NOT raid my pantry when I get home from work.

    For everyone who keeps posting...thanks!

You are not alone Awhitley, my scale has been stubborn all month and in the past I would have said I'm done, not losing so I might as well eat. But this time I am doing better and you are too. It's hard not to stress when the scale is being stubborn but take comfort in the fact you are not giving up. Every healthy decision be it nutrition or exercise is a win. Make more health conscious choices and the rest will come in time. Perfection is not human nor realistic, you do your best and it will all come together.
    Stay strong! (*)
