So far 3.5 in this challenge. Still 6.5 pounds to go, but I have been very disciplined the last few weeks and weight loss has been good. So I think I have a good chance of meeting my goal by Easter, or if not, I think I will come very close.
I'm not sure what my ultimate goal weight is exactly. It depends on how I look and feel and how my clothes fit. I am currently a size 8 and would like to go down at least one more size. I think my ultimate weight will be around 140-145.0 -
