Good morning!
I hit my goals yesterday. It was tough to stay within my calories simply because I was home all day! Being thrown off my schedule is not my cup of tea. I also got plenty of rest and drank a ton of water.
Back at work today. In an ideal world, I would be off again (I really don't feel much better), but I work at a hospital, so two days off in a row means you have to get cleared by employee health when you come back and you have to see your PCP. Its a headcold and not worth that much effort. I don't work with patients and I have no meetings today, so I'm just going to stay in my office and keep away from everyone.
Goals for today:
1. stay within calories
2. drink a lot of water
3. rest

Good morning!
I met all my goals yesterday. Was a long day because I had my one hour fitness class and then a 45 min session with a trainer. Although I wasn't happy when I left our consultation on Monday it appears he finally heard some of what I said. I meet with him again tomorrow for lower body but I think that will be it. Not worth spending the money, I will take his tips and advice and use the internet videos for the rest.
Todays goals:
stay within calories
do my 3 challenges - done
light workout this evening
A semi-rest day0 -
Take it easy today SingRunTing and hide in your office till quitting time.

Fitness wise, yesterday was great. I worked out for the first time in probably 10 days since I was sick. I took it kind of light just with some basketball and a little bit of ab work. When I got dressed and was in my new running shoes I thought to myself gosh I love work out clothes! I just felt right. Other than that my day sucked so I didn't log everything, ate stuff I shouldn't have, and stayed up until 12:45
Goals for today:
1. Exercise
2. Go to bed early
3. Get plenty of water
4. Focus on eating well
5. Try not to cry during my AP Stats mid term today.0 -
Good Morning everyone!!!
Feel betterSingRunTing!!! Kenda, I'm happy the trainer finally got the message!
Krp97, I can totally relate to the feel of gym clothes; I can be tired or cranky but once I put on my outfit it's like a superhero costume and Boom! I'm ready to take on the world
Yesterday still feels like it's here. I was resting and eating good but then ended up staying up way to loooonggggg watching movies and today I'm so tired. Nap time is calling my name !!!
Regardless, today is gym day and I will overcome what ever it takes to make it there and train!!!
Have a fabulous day everyone!!!0 -
Yesterday was a success. I got an hour walk in, stayed under my calories, AND I indulged in a soda
Today I am just plugging along. Feeling lethargic and I'm not sure why. This has been happening everyday for about a week, so I am thinking I need to take a closer look at what I'm eating. I keep hearing talk about macros so I am wondering if maybe I'm not getting enough of something my body needs even though I'm watching calories. (Just had blood work checked and everything is fine there)
Today will be a low activity day simply because I have an evening class that keeps me sitting for 3 hours. The rest of this week has different evening meetings so I don't foresee any more walks till Sat. <sigh> I feel so much better when I get activity in.
I hope everyone has a great day!
