I wasn't very graceful, but I made it through. Some of the moves are tricky for me. Is anyone else that is trying it for the first time this year still at it? I'm interested to know if I'm alone in feeling pretty clumsy this first week and if it gets better. I think I'll be doing the modifications for at least a couple of weeks. I do feel good and work up a sweat.

I just started! I tried out the program a while back (I thought I had only done a couple days but I see I logged all the alpha workouts at least once on MFP). Today is Day 2 for me as well. I can see parts of myself in the reflection from my screen and am definitely not graceful either. But that's ok. Hopefully it gets better! I spend a good deal of time trying to figure out what to do with my hands, although usually the answer seems to be to alternate with the legs.

You're right, the arms are much of the problem. That and the speed of switching directions.
Today, Day 3, ab intervals, was the first one I've had to modify the modifications. I could do everything, just not for the entire time for each exercise. I guess that tells me where I'm weakest! I started sweating early today. But I'm having fun. I feel like I'm accomplishing something and I'm looking forward to tomorrow. It's all good!

I just started it this past Monday. I am clumsy but feel I will get more coordinated as the weeks go by. Most important is to stay active; therefore, I follow Tonya most of the time. Heck, modified or not it's more than what I was doing a week ago.

I'm in the middle of my fourth week of Alpha now. Stick with it, trust me the results are amazing. Especially if you follow the nutritional guide.

Today was day two of T25. Sticking to the modified for now but I still work it hard and am dripping by the end of the video. I warm up with a 15 minute high intensity aerobics just to get my heart really going and my muscles warmed up for Shaun T's *kitten* kicking. I love seeing success stories and hope to be someone's motivation to try it some day. :) I am a klutz with some of the moves, the Heisman today really got me tripped but I just concentrated on moving and keeping my knees up and not so much on the back forward stuff until I can get the hang of it. Just keep moving and don't worry about doing it exactly like them if you have a hard time. Find ways to make it your own while still keeping that pace.

tomorrow starts Alpha week 2 for me! We made another group last week for those of us wanting to stay accountable if anyone else was interested! http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/104230-focus-t25-for-2015
