In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your short term goals.

Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!

Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!

Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!

You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!

1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!

    Welcome to a brand new month and the very first day of the brand new month...that's gotta mean something good right?! :D

    Well we're 2 months in on 2015 ..how's everyone doing? Not sure what happened to those fast flying months but here we are already on yet another brand new one.

    Happy to be back! Clearly it works better to check in each day.

    Thanks Heart, for reminding us it's the start of a new month (and thus we can conquer our setbacks with this fresh new energy)

    Here are my three mini-goals:
    1) track and be mindful (-/5)
    2) max of three drinks (-/3)
    3) workout at lunch two times this week - (-/2)

    I can't believe I didn't check in after last thursday so I am posting my end of last weeks results.

    I have been missing for sometime.
    I was here when this group started with Miss Dee. It seems there are a lot still here and support is super strong!

    Happy Tuesday! March is new and soon it will be Spring for most of us. We can start today to make some good choices and think where we will be come the beginning of April. let's just do this.

    Krispage- welcome back. good to see you. excellent goals for starting back. very balanced.

    dysmart- you continue to make good progress with your goals. I know this week will be a good one for you. smart goals. good luck with them.

    Molly- keep working on those goals. a new lower start weight for you is a good thing. every little bit helps. good luck this week.

    Jumped to W3D1 of the C25K program.

    Then went for my first mammogram what fun. Dr scheduled it nearly as soon as I turned 40.
    It wasn't that bad. Results were normal.
    Then I donated platelets at Community Blood Center. Overall productive day.
    Regretfully I was unable to for go Baskin Robbins

    Good morning fellow Warriors! I have enjoyed reading all of your posts and progress :) I am doing my best this week for healthy habits, but afraid I'm under the weather so haven't been posting. I'm looking forward to feeling better soon and jumping back in with my weekly goals and updates.

    I did W3D1 today increased my pace a little and continued to cover the full 5k distance
