Good Morning everyone!!!
Yesterday was disappointing because I didn't make it to the gym even with the bag packed and dressed. In the end, a rushed workout, stress and exhaustion make for a bad combo. I did manage to drink a good enough amount of water, hit my protein goal and slept like a baby
Today is wonderful already, I feel strong and rested so time to blow some steam!

Good morning! Met my goals yesterday and have a busy long day ahead. Have to leave work early for an appointment and don't come back to work till Tuesday, little break after year end Busy night at the gym tonight, my regular fitness class and then meet with the trainer for lower body. Massage tomorrow YAY
Todays goals:
stay within calorie range
Day 30 Butt Challenge - finished!
Day 40 Burpee challenge -40 burpees done
Day 5 March challenge - 30 bicycle crunches done

Work is kicking my butt this month, and we're barely even into it! No gym yesterday, and no gym for me today either, as I have meetings that go until late.
Today's goals are to stay under my cals, and drink 8 glasses of water before leaving the office.0 -
School potluck dinner tonight for a fundraiser. My game plan is to eat only what I take. That way I can track it. I will probably pack a couple snacks for myself as well, to insure I stay away from the dessert table.
So today I'm aiming to...
1)Stay under or at my calorie goal
2)Stay AWAY from the desserts
3) Drink at least 72 oz of water0 -
Hello! It was a crazy morning for me, but I finally made it on here!
I hit my calorie goal yesterday. I'm feeling much much better today, so I'm going to attempt my workout, but if I don't make it, I won't beat myself up over it.
Goals for today:
1. stay within calories
2. 10,000 steps
3. 2 mile run (or walk) and strength (if I feel up to it)0 -
Phew this has been a crazy busy day for me already and it's not even noon yet.
Yesterday was good fitness and food wise. Due to the stress of life right now I decided to take my 3 mile walk instead of basketball and I ended up running about a mile of it. It doesn't sound like a lot but I have hardly run the past 5 years due to a knee injury and about half of that run was uphill, not a big hill but definitely an incline. My calves are pretty sore today so I'm not sure if I will run today. I originally planned to play basketball but we will see.
Goals for today:
1. Try not to be too stressed
2. "Make today my best day" -John Wooden
3. Be mindful of what I eat and how I fuel my body with lots of external stress.
4. Workout. Doesn't matter what I do but I need to do it.

Finally had a back to normal kind of day yesterday and made my food and exercise goals. Today's goals:
1. Run
2. Test myself on some lifts as part of a goal-setting process
3. Stay within my calories and macros
4. Grocery shop (second day in a row I didn't have some food I wanted due to a lack of pre planning)0
