TGIF!! We're already half way to milestone 6! Can you believe it?
Yesterday was good. I hit all my goals including my workout. It felt great to be up and running again! I still have the sniffles, but I just go crazy when I can't be active.
Goals for today:
1. stay within calories
2. 10,000 steps
3. swim!

Good Morning everyone!!!!
Yesterday was an amazing training day because I was finally able to do 5x5 with 65lb on the Overhead Press!!!!! That was a huge accomplishment for me and I was so pumped and excited!!! Also, I drank 5 L of water.
Today started off great with a nice visit from my sister-in-law, chatting about weights and gyms and training I just love her !!!
Resting like a daisy in the sun today.

Had a good day yesterday, met all my goals. My trainer cancelled our session because he tweaked his back , not sure that's a good sign. Rescheduled for Monday. I am on a 4 day weekend to celebrate the end of the year end process; T4's done and all workers compensation, health taxes year end reconciliations done and done
Today I have completed my challenges and a good 45 min walk at the dog park. Massage booked for my sore muscles and just a nice relaxing day ahead.

Up and down day yesterday. I had to cancel my personal trainer appointment for today due to a meeting that got scheduled, and I didn't manage to get in the run I'd been hoping for, although I did other exercise. I'm thinking it's just a bit of a down/recovery week and that's okay.
The big challenge today is that I have work lunch plus am going out to dinner, so need to try to be sensible about everything. I'll get in a pilates class for sure and some cardio if possible, but probably not.0 -
I weigh myself everyday, and this morning I was not expecting a loss due to losing .6 and .5 the last 2 days. I was surprised to find I'd lost another pound. After 3 weeks of the same number (due to overeating ) it is so nice to see my efforts paying off.
I didn't get all my water in yesterday so I really want to hit 72 oz. today. I also plan on staying within my calories. No exercise tonight as I have an Early Childhood meeting.0
