Good morning everyone!!!!
Who wakes up at 7 on a Saturday if they don't have too?? Apparently me...:) yesterday was a busy rest day with nice accomplishments and lots of calories. Funny how going way over target on calories results in a small loss on the scale. Aww, the wonders of the human body!
For today, my only plan is to do my pull-ups training and eat good while drinking lots of water.
Have a fabulous Saturday everyone!!!!

Good morning! I get up early on my days off too, throws me right off when I sleep in. Met almost all my goals yesterday, was a little over on calories but had over 17,000 steps for over 12 kms..yay. Today is chores, I stripped the house of winter decor and am ready for spring. Gorgeous day here and above zero.
Going out for supper with my hubby tonight.
Have a great Saturday everyone0 -
Happy Saturday! Not a big fan of losing an hour tonight though...
Yesterday, MFP recommended I change my calorie goal as I've lost a bit of weight. So I recalculated my TDEE and took away 20% to get my new total. Around 1450 give or take a few. So I changed my calorie goal yesterday to 1400, then changed it back to 1500 today. Why? Well, it occurred to me that when I have been staying under or at 1500, and getting my walks in at least 3 times a week, that I have still been losing weight. At a healthy 1.5-2 lb a week rate. Soooo, I really don't want to start losing more a week than that. The next week will tell me if I made the right choice.
Met my goals today. Feeling good.0
