    I made it to my 1st goal weight! Some how I lost 1.3 kg (3.02lbs)... Must be because I'm abstaining from animal products for Lent.

    Good luck, everybody! Happy March! 1 month to go, can you believe it? I've lowered my new goal to 63kg (138.8lbs) so I can hopefully maintain at 65kg when I start eating animal products again.

    I have been on holiday for two weeks so have put on 4lbs :(
    Trying not to feel too disheartened and just get back to it.

    7 lbs.... Can I do it? My average is 1 pound a week, so I should be close. Maybe I can up my game and lose 2 lbs some of these weeks.

    So far 3.5 in this challenge. Still 6.5 pounds to go, but I have been very disciplined the last few weeks and weight loss has been good. So I think I have a good chance of meeting my goal by Easter, or if not, I think I will come very close.

    I'm not sure what my ultimate goal weight is exactly. It depends on how I look and feel and how my clothes fit. I am currently a size 8 and would like to go down at least one more size. I think my ultimate weight will be around 140-145.

    Hi, I'm back on track! February didn't go well - we had a week's holiday when I didn't track and exercise was only walking!
    - weighin 06/03 = 136lbs
    - That's 8lbs since start of January (I can feel the difference!)
