In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your short term goals.

Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!

Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!

Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!

You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!

1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!

Anyone interested in joining us for another week, or a first week, or a get back on track week?

Check in often, have a great week and do the best you can! B)<3

So good to be back 100%, I've missed you all so much and have missed the encouragement and enthusiasm and love from each of you in this warm group!

Re-focused on me again...so just remember it's all about me this week Kids! ;oÞ

So many times as Women we forget it IS about us and tend to put others first... time to change that again for me and get back accomplishing what I set out to in the beginning.

Hearts best wishes and glad you back 100%.
You have a lot of goals this week. I had an insane day today cleaning house since we were having unexpected dinner guests over and I had not done much cleaning for the last two weeks since I was gone for a conference. I had a lot of steps and also made time during clean up to squeeze in a workout.

That much cleaning was a workout Girl! It's hard work but always feels so nice when it's done and you can enjoy it. What do wear to track your steps? YAY for the workout too!

    Good looking goals Girl :)

Good morning- hope you are all having a marvelous Monday! I have been reading everyone's posts from last week and this week and have to say how grateful I am to have found such a wonderfully supportive and motivating group. Thanks to each of you for being who you are :)

    My goals for this week:
    - speak to instructor in dog class Tuesday about accommodations of activities so I don't send my back into spasms and get a migraine this week!!!
    - Focus on one day at a time. I am going to a resort in Phoenix Saturday which will throw me off my plan. This makes me feel like I should just give up on the whole week, so I really need to focus on each day one at a time.
    - In light of my goal above, check in with you lovely warriors Mon- Fri
    - Stay in the green with healthy food choices 5/7 days
    - Exercise 2/7 days

    Great goals everyone!!

Hearts, I completely get your Laundromat goal... I have a washer and my dryer is broken, so I have been extra lazy about laundry (which I hate anyways) and finally gave in and went to the Laundromat yesterday. $40/3hrs/10-12 loads later. I hated it!! And today I feel like I did at least an hour worth of squats!
