my fav's recently have been
-granola bars
-pretezels and hummus/ bean dip
-homemade vegan cookies (not so healthy but delicious!)

I snack a lot :-) and it is usually:
nuts/trail mix
sunflower seeds
banana with peanut butter/cinnamon
hummus (which I also put in my salads a lot)
Not so healthy snacks:
homemade vegan banana/chocolate cake
vegan cookies
vegan chocolate chips

Banana or apples ( or both) and beanut butter.
Clif / luna bars ( I know, not that healthy but I love them haha)
baked chickpeas.
kale chips ( my favorite, but on rare occasion when I want a treat since they're expensive.)
anything-that-goes-well-with-humus, and humus.

Olives, pickles, popcorn with nutritional yeast, cashews and goji berries, bananas and pumpkin seeds, vegan pesto with Mary's Crackers, homemade kale chips, fruit smoothies with flax seeds, tortilla chips and salsa or guacamole ...0

Lately? Fruit, medjool dates, and homemade carrot cake. Sun butter and apples, pretzels. Smoothies.0

I have a new fave...cooked brown rice add cubed fresh mango, pour on vanilla soy milk and top with cinnamon.

Because I have so many food intolerances my choice of food is very limited. I love beetroot, most nuts & eat loads of seeds. I love carrot cake & flapjacks but I become unwell if I eat much sugar & cannot tolerate most sweeteners so tend to street clear of all cakes & biscuits I can't even eat bananas! My real 'naughty' Snack is home baked pecan nuts in maple syrup & sprinkled with cinnamon - yummy!0

Almond stuffed olives, roasted soy beans (I'd kill for that stuff), veggie sticks, 3 Brazil nuts (one snack serving), a glass of almond milk, sometimes with a splash of coffee...fruit salad is also great0

The single serve steam bags of organic edamame from Costco. I keep them in the freezer at my office and snack on them at home too. I also love snacking on berries and popcorn. When I just need to snack, munching on blueberries or other small items kind of satisfies that urge to pop things in the mouth0

fruit, clif builder bars, a diet soda , 20g of dark chocolate (non-dairy), high protein granola bars, tea, almonds covered in cocoa (omg yum)0
