Well, I am definitely feeling it today . My husband made me jealous yesterday cause while I was working out he was running on the treadmill and made it about 3-4 miles :wtf: and it was his first time every really running. So I'm changing up my workout plan for this afternoon. I going to make Susans "Happy Yoga" video my warmup and then I'm going to run my happy little butt off for about 30 - 45 min., or until I fall off the treadmill lol.

- Alisa, my fitness tracker is kind of like a fitbit, they do the same things (track steps, activity, sleep, etc.) but I can wear mine on both my wrist or my hip. I know a few people who own a fitbit and they really like them. The step tracking on both of them seems pretty accurate to me. I have heard that it's difficult for the wrist HRM's to read an accurate heart beat and that it's best to get a chest strap HRM.

I'll check in again later. Can't wait to hear about everyones day today or yesterday.

"I may not be there yet, but I'm closer than I was yesterday."

Thanks for the info. I'll look into different kinds when I have some more time. I'm just taking a break from decorating for my granddaughter's birthday party. Wow, they do fancy parties now a days!

I'll be leaving in a couple of hours to go back home again. I bet my puppy misses me. I have my food packed for the flights (I have 3 of them  ) Pretty sure I haven't gained any weight but it would be grand if I lost a pound. I'll find out in the morning - only weigh myself in the morning. Hope the flights go smooth and no delays. They are expecting 70 degree F weather on Sunday back home. Maybe I'll get in another hike.

    have a wonderful day everyone.

    - If you are going to doubt something, doubt your limits and shoot for the starts. We can do this and be healthy and happy as we journey through our lives.

Well, I dont know if it's Susan's hapinness yoga but I really feel great today ! :D I mean RRRRRRRREALLY GRRRREAT !

I did a total of 90 mins of yoga (some of it was pretty intense) but I think what makes me feel so good is, damn, I'm getting so much stronger. I used to have such a hard time holding chair poses, lunges etc for a long time but now it really is a piece of cake! Seeing progress always makes me feel so ... I don't know... It's like the best reward you can get! I feel proud ! :D

Again, I want to thank you for being there day after day! It's such a motivation !

Love yoga generally but sadly the classes at the gym seem to have turned into an awful lot of abs work and very little else.
Hopefully back on track, back still a little stiff but made it to tennis lesson this morning (though skipped serving) also made it to swimming lesson tonight.

Getting back into the habit of morning & evening workouts. Finally shaken that feeling of total exhaustion leftover from the flu! & glad to see it go! I've been doing really well with my food intake, but suddenly I'm having serious salty food cravings - not sure where that's popped up from, but dried edamame takes care of it pdq! Motivation is high & spring is right around the corner!
    - Everyone have a great day tomorrow - it's another chance to get it right!!
