Sorry I'm late..life has been crazy busy. Hope everyone is doing well. I'm still fighting with regaining two pounds and dropping them than regaining them. Its a dance I am tired of.

My weight remained the same this week. I can't really complain as I've survived 4 weeks in Florida and 2 weeks of travel during which time I lost 2 lbs. In my previous life, I would easily have been up about 7 or 8 lbs. I'm looking forward to getting things under control again. With just 3 weeks remaining in the Easter Challenge, it's clear I won't meet my target but I'll see what I can accomplish in that time.

I lose weight in weird increments and usually the scale goes up before it goes down, and that can be so frustrating for me. I've tried hard not to become obsessive/discouraged over the major fluctuations I seem to have on a weekly basis, and to just focus on the bigger picture instead.

I had a few weeks where I kind of lost focus and didn't lose any but at least didn't gain any! I got back on track this week and was happy to be back to losing. I don't think I'll make the 20 pound goal by Easter but am still happy with what I've accomplished so far!

Wow - The scale finally moved - I had to add weights to everything I do. Only down 1/2 lb put at least it is down. !!0

Sorry this is late! I logged it on fitbit, but not on the community! Gained .5kg (1.1lbs). No big deal! Still happy with how much energy I had that week. Also marched in the Sydney LGBT Mardi Gras (pride parade), so might have gained some muscle from all that walking. Walking 20k's in one day!

I'm late at adding my data. I gained a pound last week. I weighed 176 last week. I gained weight because I went from eatting 1600 calories and exercising 5-6 hours a week to 4 hours. I didn't adjust my calories. I only work twice a week so I consider myself more sedatary. I also had shorter work outs for cardio. I have been doing 30 days yoga challenge on YouTube. Sometimes it's less than 30 minutes. I do that once a week. I hope I don't gain anymore weight before Easter. Maybe I can get 173 lbs by Easter.0
