Planned rest day combined with feeling ill (my brother seems to have shared his cold with me ) meant I took a day off. Back to it today hopefully although still not feeling 100%0 -

Great job garyandkimber!
I myself took a couple days off logging due to feeling rotten but then yesterday afternoon decided to stop wallowing in self pity and get back to it. So even though I had a terrible morning food choice wise i only ended about 100 calories over target which was bearable.
Haven't managed to do any exercise since Saturday however and starting to get a bit restless. Want to try zumba tonight but will have to take it slow.0 -

Still wasnt feeling well plus my friend cancelled on me so didnt end up going to zumba in the end. Feeling much better today though so hopefully get some exercise in today.0 -

Hello Everyone, haven't posted in a while, but I have definitely been hard at work!
I just wanted to say, being a part of this challenge has been a great motivator. I have started taking classes that I normally would not participate in at the gym, I have been working out harder and eating smarter.
