  Hooray! It is Sat-ur-DAY! I’m feeling energetic and inspired today! So you know what? Today is going to be a healthy day.
  
  Today’s Challenge: No fast food or junk food!
  
  I’m gonna make me some yummy healthy food instead of giving in to easy access. Today is my day and I want to eat healthy today!

(NOTE: Sorry about that epic mix up yesterday by putting up a second Thursday challenge! Should have been Fridays!)

    But, but, but. . . It's Pi Day! I think I'm going to have to sit this one out, since we already had planned on splitting a tiny apple pie and a couple of pot pies. ;)

    Making home made Strawberry Pie (which has no sugar or starches) and Cauliflower crust Pizza Pie for Pi day. :) I'm going to pass on the junk food that may be at the Pi Day Party tonight. :)

    Challenge done! Usually I have some candy at work to keep me going, but I passed today. Pedometer says 7 miles walked today and no junk food or fast food consumed :)
