    Creatine for sure

I also take BCAA's, whey protein, fish oil and drinkable carbs

Beyond what you listed, I’d also consider Vitamin D.

I agree with fish oil, also Vitamin D2 and Vitamin D3. Unless you are deficient in B12 a supplement won't do much for you.

Creatine works without a doubt, but when you stop it will be hard to hold onto the muscle mass you've gained using it.

It also gave me horrid gas, which is why I stopped using it. I do fish oil, glucosamine/chondroitin for my knee and a multivitamin. A few days a week during winter I take Vitamin D. Not during the summer.

can I ask what is a good creatine to use for women? I'm not familiar on how it works so unsure what to look for.

From what I have been able to tell, creatine works the same for men and for women.

The difference between creatine monohydrate and CreaPure appears to be just the manufacturing process (and the price).

plain old monohydrate works great for me. p.s. magnesium or ZMA is also a good supp for recovery.

+1 for magnesium. I take it a few hours before bed and I notice I sleep much better than when I don't. I also do fish oil, B complex and Vitamin D3.
