It's three am here and am sat chowing Down on seeded pitta and houmous after bingeing on rubbish for two days

    I have not been about for a while, got seduced by binge monster but kicked his butt out the door now, over, done, dusted, divorced, final absolute and irrevocable. Nice to see others have been doing well and lost a bunch of baggage. I am a night owl too. 2:45am now but another day. Quiet day on here I guess.
