Happy St. Patrick's Day! (I'm part Irish and live in Massachusetts. St. Patrick's Day is a huge deal for us!)

Today has not started off well. My husband couldn't find his keys. He ended up taking the spare keys, although I did find his real keys after he left the house. I got to work and the network is down, which means I can't do any work since all of my files are on the network. I was able to get my laptop to connect to the guest network, which means I can get online, but I still can't access my email or files. Hoping today gets better from here.

I hit my goals yesterday. My weight is doing funky things right now (it keeps going up the past couple of days) and just chanting "trust the process" as my mantra.

Goals for today:
1. stay within calories (and eat some corned beef)
2. 10,000 steps
3. swim & strength training

LOL NikonPal, that's cute. Hope your day improves SingRunTing, when the network goes down at work it really puts a cramp in everything.
With a last name of Breen, its obvious I have a hubby of Irish descent so I did my bit and wore green today.
Met my goals yesterday, just barely but I squeeked in under the wire.

    Todays goals:
    stay within calories
try and drink more water through the day
    morning workout - completed
    fitness class tonight

Have a Happy St Patrick's Day all! :D

Kenda & danelutza - Glad you liked it. I just made dinner for my wife while she is out visiting a friend in the nursing home. LOL

Getting on late today. I already completed my 1500 yard swim which took about an hour earlier. It was pretty hard today it seemed. Even though I am getting better strenght wise I was tired going into it and my calf was sore/cramping so it didn't make for a fun swim.
Goals for the rest of today:
    1. Continue drinking water
    2. Finish homework
    3. High protein dinner
    4. Get to bed early.
    5. Stay within calories
