Good Morning Everyone!!!!!

Well my day yesterday ended on a pretty good note. My husband decided to let me be lazy after my run so he popped open a huge can of spaghettiOs with meatballs and man was I starving lol.

I agree with you Isabelle, she's just so awesome no words can describe it .

This morning I did a little bit extra and I'm actually pretty glad I did. It looks like it's going to be a pretty gloomy day but I think those extra minutes will be what keeps me going today. I have my 45 min. circuit planned for this afternoon, can't wait for that, and then I will definitely be chowing down on some yummy spaghetti with meatballs and sausage (yum!!!).

On the same note, I heard somewhere a trainer saying :" Your head always want to give up way before your muscles". I think this is so true, we can always do more then we think.

Today should be some cardio for me. I think I'm gonna do some dancing, I feel like it !

    Have a nice day !

I've had a nice day. Just got home and had a good dinner. Ate within my calories. Need to go and exercise now.

Every morning that you wake up is another chance to get it right.

I changed my evening workout to a stretch yoga session today... it didn't burn as many calories (yet, I'm still slow & unsteady) BUT, it stretched my muscles & has me very, very relaxed! The last few days it's been relatively easy to stay within my calorie limit for the day, but today, even without added exercise, I have lots (+/- 350) of calories left to eat & I AM NOT HUNGRY! Surely just one day won't be a big deal, right?!? Three months in and I'm still very motivated, even though the scale seems to be crawling down - my clothes are fitting better & my body is feeling better: resting pulse is now down in the normal range instead of the upper 80's, I'm more aware of the taste of the foods I'm eating now that I'm pickier about what I eat & I'm not craving greasy salty snacks or sweet, sweet snacks like I was. Water is also my friend again -today I had 10 glasses  I slosh when I walk, but I'm definitely NOT dehydrated!
G'night, everybody! Stay positive - you're becoming a better YOU every day! Stronger,
