My BeachBody coach shared this recipe for broccoli and I thought I'd share it here with all of you:
Change up your broccoli!
After steaming broccoli, toss it in a teaspoon of coconut oil!
It changes up the flavor & makes it yummy. You can also add a dash of sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, or slivered almonds for crunch.
I'm eager to give it a try. I know we have both sesame seeds and almonds in the house. Maybe this weekend . . .

Here's a website I found with some meal plans. If you're feeling bored or not sure how to mix things up with the containers, you may find inspiration here. If you try one of them and love it, tell us what you tried because who doesn't love good food?

New here and today is day 1 for me but I found this amazing recipe so I wanted to share.
Sweet Treat:
1 cup plain greek yogurt (1 red)
1 tsp peanut butter (2 spoons)
1 tsp choc chips
Vanilla to taste (free)0 -
@tchrnmommy I just picked up some greek yogurt yesterday and was wondering what I would do with it. I think I'll give this a try. But without the chocolate chips. I just loooove peanut butter so much.0

@jpkrueger Thanks! My husband's been talking about stuffed peppers. I'll tell him about this. No doubt, he'll want to make them right away!0
-
Hope you like them! One thing I noticed, the container exchanges are off - if you use 1/2 lb. of meat, each pepper ends up with 2 ounces which is really only 1/2 a container of red. So you have room for more red for that meal, yay.0

Okay. This morning I made my steelcut oatmeal and added grated fresh ginger to it with a dash of vanilla. It was amazing! The ginger gave it a kick and the vanilla mellowed the flavor. So delicious. Worth trying!0

I didn't even remember that we already had a recipes thread. Now we have two. Oops. Oh well. Still, good food and good recipes. Yay!0 -
I realized this last week, I didn't know there were more threads then I could see! oops!0
-
Yeah. I completely forgot I had started this. I just didn't want the older threads that I know are useful to get too lost so I figured I'd bump a few. That's how I found this one again. MFP boards are really not user friendly.0
