Happy Thursday everyone-
My laptop at home is all wonky and I don't like using my work computer but everytime I try to post on my phone I lose everything I wrote (GRRRRRR). Love all the inspirations posted this week. Going to make this short because I have a Veteran coming in (I'm a Social Worker)... Hope everyone is having a good week though! : )

Hello all!
Yesterday was a crazy and amazing day. I ended up working at our locations in the city and it was a busy day. And after work I went to the maroon 5 concert which was amazing! But I didn't have time to check in yesterday.
Wednesday & Thursday check in:
1. 3 workout - 2/3 got a workout in Wednesday. Does dancing and screaming all night at a concert count... Cuz that would be 3.
2. Check in everyday - 3/7
3. 10:30 bed time 2/7 - yes Wednesday no Thursday. I didn't even get home until after midnight. But as soon as I got home I went straight for bed
4. Weekend goal - done neglect MFP over the weekend!
