  One of the things that helps me keep on track (other than you guys) is my journal. I write whatever I want in it. Sometimes I draw pictures, I write about my day, upcoming plans, maybe a poem, or a short story. It helps me collect my thoughts and remind myself what I did that day. But it also helps keep me honest when it comes to keeping track of my weight loss and the like.

  Topic: What I want to achieve

  I’m, probably, going to come back to this a lot. Because it is something, that if used correctly, that can help you attain your goals and remind yourself where you want to be or what you want to do. I hope you give it a shot!

    I like this. I think it helps me tremendously but I always seem to stop doing it for months and then go back. I'm going to write today. Thanks!
