Have you logged your calories?

A couple of times I've logged my calories just see where I'm at. I'm following the 1200-1499 calorie plan but when I log my calories I'm only at 1,000. I've been adding an extra protein, cheese or carb etc. just to get over 1200 calories.
Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience.

Today was my first day of the program and I logged. It was 1132 in food and that doesn't count the exercise. It's a little worrisome to me because I find I stall when I don't eat enough. I'm 5'1" and 148lbs. But I was full and must be eating the right combo of food because my macro's where at a 40/30/30 and almost 100g of protein (which is always my struggle). I would eat veggies all day long but was missing the protein.0

I logged while doing the 3 Day Quick Fix but I haven't logged since then. I might give it a shot today though. Now I'm curious.0

i logged yesterday just to see if the calories were accurate - mine were dead on! i was so surprised for some reason. my number of containers are for the 1600-1700 calorie mark, and my calories ended up being 1648 - dead on for my calculation. i'm on day 5, and i'm steadily losing, so i didn't really think about logging before then. it's funny - i feel like this program is kind of replacing both MFP and my fitbit!!0

I am not having a good day and was feeling nauseous, with no appetite, all day. I forced myself to eat a salad and some mixed nuts just to get in a few more calories. Still came in under 1200. Just not feeling "it" today. I'll try tomorrow. I'll make sure to keep some ginger tea handy.0
