Finally got outside

I have been running at the track in the Y and I hate it. It's better than the treadmill, but I was DYING to get outta there.

First run outside today. Thank God spring is coming!

    I hear that! I have access to the treadmills in the Cardiac Rehab area after patient hours but was itching to get back outdoors. It was good while it lasted...snow on the ground here tonight. It's a good thing I had a productive weekend outside.
