Hope everyone has had a good weekend! It's been wonderful weather and finally it is SPRING!

    Yes it's been absolutely beautiful out. Little rainy today, but we need it. We should come up with a group outing one of these upcoming weekends. A hike up to Table Rock or around the Foothills would be fun. We did it the last go around of Met Syn and the crew really enjoyed it. And it was especially empowering for those that had never climbed Table Rock or thought that they couldn't......but DID!

    I've never been to Table Rock - just seen it from a distance - That would be cool!!
