Morning,

I predict today is going to be a pretty slow day....at least I hope it turns out to be a slow day, it's been so busy the last couple of days I need to catch up. Feeling pumped after my morning workout though, can't wait to go for my run this afternoon. Not sure what I'm eating for dinner though cause I forgot to put my roast in the crock pot, it's still in the fridge. I guess soup or ramien noodles it is lol.

This one I thought was really inspiring:

Have a great day everyone.

OK Mrs. Allen - no more prognostication!!! Your prediction of a "slow day" went down the drain quickly!!! I have been blowing and going since I got to my office this morning... I'll look at the bright side and imagine all the calories I'm burning!
    - My latest habit (3 days in a row now) is to get up 20 minutes earlier so that I can do at least 30 minutes of step aerobics in the morning. I have to admit, it has really upped my energy level pre-lunch at work. I'm not dragging until 11 a.m. and actually find I'm not lagging as much just after lunch either (feeling like I need a nap)! I've NEVER been an early bird, but I find myself looking forward to stepping on that board in the morning and moving! I'm down another pound and I'm wearing clothes I haven't been able to fit into in months!!
    - Here's hoping I was the only one cursed by Kris's prediction of a "slow day!" Everyone stay strong, stay healthy and give yourself a great big hug 'cause YOU ARE WONDERFUL AND YOU DESERVE IT!!!

Shanda - isn't it great what a little workout will do for us? So glad you are having so much success.

I've had a slow day at work but that just gave me extra time to work out. (I am self employed) I got in 60 min of Aerobics, step, with 10-12 inch step and 45 min of walking. My eating has been satisfying and not craving desserts...yay!

    Have a wonderful day everyone...

There is light at the end of every tunnel. Keep moving!
